💼 What You’ll Do
Welcome guests with a smile and handle smooth, efficient check-ins & check-outs
Manage reservations, cancellations, and special requests
Answer phones, coordinate guest needs, and assist other departments
Maximize room revenue through suggestive selling
Handle cash, billing, and guest accounts accurately
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and brand standards
Jump in to help wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly
🌟 What We’re Looking For
Friendly, reliable, and guest-focused attitude
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to handle guest concerns calmly and professionally
Comfortable using reservation and inventory systems (or eager to learn!)
Previous hotel front desk experience preferred, but not required
(2+ years in customer service, sales, or similar roles welcomed)High school diploma or equivalent
Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays)
